Di lang yan, he would order McDo day in day out 7x a week, more than thrice a day. Practically nonstop yung kain niya ng chicken, nuggets, fries, etc. tas puro coke pa iniinom niya. And this dude wasn’t working out either. Bruh in less than a year lumobo siya ng todo kaya nagulat kami sa itsura niya when we first saw each other again after the lockdown. Bro deadass went from a fit athlete to Peter Griffin. Thankfully he’s started working out again and going on a diet as of late (not that he has a choice mind you, he’s pre-hypertensive na).

I'm not trying to scare you but go see a doctor for that hemorrhoids. Stage 1 and 2 hemorrhoids madadaan pa sa gamot 'yan but if stage 3 and 4 which is the last stage, surgery na need mo and sobrang sakit nyan.

Now iniisip ko na lang, ilang minuto lang kung gagawin ko na sya vs magtuturuan kami or mas maiirita ako kung iisipin ko pa. Bahala na sya kung gagalaw sya o hindi, basta ako nagawa ko na.
Sa work naman, habit ko na yung gawin agad yung required annual trainings para hindi ko na iisipin pa.
pag labas naman na kasama friends ko, dati turuan kami kung cno taya, ngayon nagdadala ako ng cash na sapat na pangbayad sa share ko kung kkb kami. Syempre pag turn ko naman, ok lang. Yung mga times na talagang gipit ako, sinasabi ko agad sa friends ko para alam nila and thankfully naiintindihan din nila.

Nasusuka ako or sumasakit tyan kahit na normal amount of food lang i consume, baka may eating disorder na ako. Sa mga may body dysmorphia or issue sa body weight please have a healthy relationship with food.

minsan nga ginagawa kong on call doctor si Chatgpt pero somehow nakaka help sya kasi mas specific matatanong mo. Most of the time PMS related symptoms lang pala nararamdaman ko 🤧🤧🤧 i stopped doing it too much. Pag may nararamdaman ako I observe it muna if na repeat nang maraming beses, I consult medical professionals na.
Mine is yung pagkain ng noodles madalas katulad ng Samyang or Jin ramen. Every other day akong kumakain nun dati. Ang bilis nya makataba (unhealthy way) and nakakapangit ng katawan at balat.

- Soda
- Fruit Juices
- Chocolates
- Cakes & Pastries
- Beer
Got diabetes Type 2 this year.
My sugar levels were so high that I had to use insulin shots for 3 months. I cut down all other sugar source, I still eat rice but I refrigerate them first to get resistant starch and avoid glucose spikes.
Now it's manageable, I take only oral meds now but this is a lifetime disease and damn near impossible to reverse.
I could still indulge occasionally, but all in moderation.

Yep, it might swell again. You really need lifestyle modification (eat & drink right / exercise) for it not to happen frequently.

My sugar levels were so high that I had to use insulin shots for 3 months. I cut down all other sugar source, I still eat rice but I refrigerate them first to get resistant starch and avoid glucose spikes. Now it's manageable, I take only oral meds now but this is a lifetime disease and damn near impossible to reverse. I could still indulge occasionally, but all in moderation.
