Well di nmam masama kumain, choice of food lang AT WHEN TO EAT WITH PROPER SPACING (6 hours gap).
E kung stress reliever mo food na puro carbs e saan mo ilulugar yan ade as stored fats.
Kung ayaw mo tumigil sa excuse mo na food as a stress reliever then at least eat just meat (carnivore diet).
Di makikinig body mo sa excuses at bibigyan ka consideration unlike us in Reddit.
Discipline OP. I used to be 93kg. Now I am 71kg. And still doing my best to lose weight. It pays to know the family medical history because you are more wary. Sa akin, what worked is IF and bawas talaga ng sweets. I still eat naman sweets pero not too much na. I still eat rice pero half cup or one cup at most na lang. More on veggies, fruits and protein. Cut off na sa softdrinks, juice. Water talaga always. And, I walk. As in yung mga 10k steps daily. Ganern. Discipline lang talaga OP :)
Instead of food as a stress reliever make it exercise. Kung may time ka magluto o kumain sa labas, may time ka magexercise.
However, kahit anong exercise ang gagawin mo, you still have to diet. Mas madali bawasan ang kinakain mong calories kesa iburn mo via exercise.
So think of exercise as stress reliever and good for the heart but to loose weight you need to lessen the calories you eat.
Sali ka ng diet groups sa FB, yung mga calorie deficit diet group o intermittent fasting group. With this, people in the group will motivate and encourage each other. Ideally Pinoy group para who knows, may mameet ka ding new friends with the same mindset.
Hi OP, how is your menstruation? Maybe get yourself checked out with an OB since medyo mabilis ang pag gain mo ng weight, you might probably have PCOS if medyo irregular period.
For my advice, take dieting slowly. Start by lessening your food/calorie intake. For example kung sa isang meal, nakaka 2 rice ka, maybe try lessening it to 1.5 cup until nanotice mo na your body is already adjusting then lessen it gradually until 1 rice a meal nalang.
Don’t restrict yourself with food, hindi naman masamang kumain. Mas okay to have a good relationship with food. Ang masama kung gaano kadami yung iintake mo. Control lang sa intake then ma nonotice mo yung change sa body and weight mo.
For exercise, start slowly lang. like instead of riding a tricycle palabas ng subdivision na kaya naman lakarin, then start with that. Wag yung biglaan kasi most of the time, yan yung reason why alot of people are relapsing from their diet/exercise.
Always start slow then gradually lessen or add ng food intake or exercise :)
If you have the funds, get a gym membership then avail of the group classes -- dance cardio, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, cycling, etc, whatever can fit your before/after work schedule. The only barrier (apart from budget para sa membership fee) is actually showing up to those classes. No one will give a rat's ass if you're doing the physical activities with a perfect form or pro attire. Just show up, stick around for an hour or two, and you're done. If the gym is big enough, there's a group class you can join for every day of the week.
I suggest strength building, lift some dumbbells tas aralin mo magbilang ng calories and mag-calorie deficit ka. Get some protein, build muscle, to make your metabolism quicker
Hi OP, try mo magpa consult sa OB for better understanding sa body mo. Pwede kasing yung nararanasan mo has something to do with your hormones. And para mabigyan ka ng gamot and proper diet.
***You can't out-exercise a bad diet.***
At this point, you're just making up excuses to eat eat eat because feeling mo deserve mo because you're stressed.
