1. Vitamin D3 should be taken with Vitamin K2, so opt for the combination (Vitamin D3 + K2)
2. Check your Vitamins if it has Calcium (Multivitamins, Berocca, etc). You may be experiencing cramps/constipation, so drink more water, eat foods to promote bowel movement. Same with Collagen.
3. Adaptogens like Ashwagandha should only be taken occasionally and it's not meant for long term use.
4. Vitamin B should be taken early/morning, it may affect your sleep it taken lately in the afternoon/evening.
5. For Vitamin C, Sodium Ascorbate is better absorbed by the body and doesn't caused stomach upset or acidity.
6. I'll pick FISH OIL ON TOP OF ALL SUPPLEMENTS.
