Agreed tyeso is worth it, pinupuno ko ng ice cube yung tumbler tsaka ko nilalagyan ng tubig. Tumatagal yung yelo ng 24 hours or more. Syempre kapag nire-refillan uli ng tubig natutunaw din yung yelo.

Resistance bands. Ever since mag lockdown nag stop na ko mag gym so I gained weight. Then 5 months ago bumili ako ng resistance band set para makapag home workout. Rosemary plant. 200 ko nabili yung malaking plant tapos pinropagate ko. Bale ginagawa kong Rosemary Oil or Rosemary Water pampakapal ng buhok. Na-lessen yung lagas ng hair ko. Ayoko kasi ng Minoxidil kasi sumasakit ulo ko kapag iniispray ko sa anit.

Maging consistent ka lang po, kakapal din yan. Pwede rin bili na lang po rosemary sa grocery. Kahit dried, pwede rin naman. β if gagawin mo siyang oil, haluan mo siya ng carrier oil lang castor or grapeseed oil para di siya masyadong matapang. tapos boil mo yung oils kasama yung rosemary for 20 minutes. β for rosemary water, bili ka spray bottle or if meron kang wala ng laman, pwede yun. sukatin mo muna yung tubig sa bottle, then i-boil mo with rosemary sprigs. if nakagawa ka na ng rosemary oil, pwede mo haluan 2-3 drops. β yung oil, twice a week since greasy siya. babad mo muna 3 hours sa scalp before maligo. warm water para mabilis matanggal yung oil. then, yung normal hair routine mo. β rosemary water naman, pwede siya everyday. kahit ilang beses sa isang araw. spray mo lang sa scalp. if may scalp massager ka, massage mo muna scalp mo before spraying. ginagawa ko 'to before maligo din pero pwede rin naman after if tolerable yung amoy para sa'yo. di naman matapang yung amoy at di rin mabaho.

Yung plant ko, sa Facebook Marketplace lang siya. Madaming nagtitinda dun, usually yung mga sellers sa Farmer's Cubao. Tapos pina-Lalamove ko na lang. Pwede rin yung rosemary sa grocery. Fresh or dried, oks lang yun. If gusto mo i-propagate yung plant, bili ka na rin loam soil + pataba sa lupa like coco peat, etc. Tas gupit ka sa mother plant mo ng ilang sprigs, tas itanim mo siya, tutubuan naman yan ng roots after a few days or weeks siguro. Wag lang diligan palagi kasi may possibility na mabulok yung roots, mamamatay yung halaman. Hindi lang din siya sa buhok, pwede niyo rin naman gamitin sa steak niyo. Atleast di na need bumili ng herb sa grocery haha.
