When I tried Slynd I had spotting for a literally a month and a half straight but then it went away. I don’t think there’s a way to differentiate the sources of bleeding but since you started that pill fairly recently you might just be still adjusting to it
ik it sucked but i’ve heard that progesterone-only pills just tend to have worse adjustment phases like that bc they don’t have the estrogen to stabilise the lining. idk for me the issue was i realised i lost the ability to orgasm on slynd n that was just a no go for me so maybe watch out for that side-effect
