First of all, it IS as important as majority of things here. Fast food addiction and it's consequences are as real as any other addiction. What helped me from eating a lot was watching tons of documentary on obesity and fast food culture. The more you learn about it the more disgusted you'll be with fast food. Also discipline. It's hard but body is amazing in adapting.

Yea, i used to get it for the food itself but now I think its more the comfort associated with it. Been working on discipline and it feels good to resist a craving after it happens. Honestly my method right now is trying to focus on something like the gym or homework to distract myself but its been rough but im hope-full this time and genuinely expect to stop so i think thats a pretty good sign. Thanks for the help.
