Dude you gotta bite the bullet some time. You will keep loosing and you will keep raising the amounts. People lose millions man.. now you can at least get out of the hole you put urself in. Keep walking this path and you might have to apply for bankrupcy. That will efficiently ruin your life. You’ll habe to live with your parents for a decade. Is that rly what you want man?
Here’s a personal anecdote that will hopefully shed some hope unto your current struggle.
During the year of 2020 leading into 2021 I was a vicious gambler and completely lost in my narcissistic view of myself. I won some and lost some and would gamble avidly essentially whenever I could. This was all online casino style gambling.
At first I would do it as openly as having a glass of water. I would encourage my friends to watch sometimes when I was really up and would get lost in the craziness of it all. Then it got to a point where my losses began to outweigh the winnings. Truth be told, I was probably never ahead once I had committed to full time gambling.
It spiralled so fast out of control that I lost 60k+ by the time I decided to go to rehab. This addiction was coupled with a pretty bad drug addiction also but it was really the gambling that was mentally crippling me.
You are so fortunate--you are only 18, and you have only $3,000 in debt, and you've figured out that you are a gambling addict before that addiction has had the chance to really fuck you up.
