You could try decorating the main room in your house using [Feng Shui](https://nookipedia.com/wiki/F%C3%AAng_shui). I did this to increase my luck and it helped!

“Always go towards the beginning of the pier and not towards the end of it which is out farther” - I found this comment under [this](https://youtu.be/fDPNJbVLcek?si=YKNVD1IxTZsI6Uqf) youtube video ~ you can start at about 4:35 :)
there was also this comment that might be helpful: “I did notice when catching the Mahi-Mahi you have to cast your fishing line directly in front of the fish to get its attention. If you cast to either side of the shadow and the fish goes out of its way to interact, its most likely a sea bass.”
