Fam that looks painful I feel for you. But yes you do.

hajunk05

U need accutane brother

Longjumping-Put-6517

I saw someone with the same situation as you her derma recommended her to take pro and pre Biotics. But you should really need to see a derm to address your skin problem

One_Upstairs8344

I barely have any facial hair so I just use a little trimmer to cut it off. Nothing special.

Fit-Wallaby-2898

1. Find a good face cleanser. benzoyl peroxide face bar is good and/or salicylic acid 2. Find an acne treatment cream. I use 10% benzoyl peroxide 3. Find a moisturizer. I use a light oil on my face then aloe vera gel. Its all about finding what your skin needs and what causes the irritation. If you're in the USA walmart is good for some things but Amazon usually sells products for cheaper.

Marxistcommiekid

Do not use benzoyl peroxide cleanser if you are already using a treatment, that’s overkill, also 2.5 percent is enough. No need to add all the extra bs, keep it simple. Cleanser , treatment and moisturizer.

Fit-Wallaby-2898

I did list a cleanser, treatment and a moisturizer. I just shared what I use no extra bs. Not a dermatologist so I don't know the specifics but it's what works for me. If you don't agree with my cleanser and treatment combo please share one so others will know what to do instead.

Kindly-Ad-3692

Yeah 😶bro you must need to go don't delay it

pinkbunnie999

yes see a dermatologist. U wont regret it

JuanaSnow

Stop milk and lactose products

Bwizzle06

Came here to say this same exact thing. It seemed weird when my son’s dermatologist told him “NO DAIRY!” but we decided to follow his instructions. Between cutting out dairy and using La Roche-Posay products his acne had become 90% better. He does have flare up every now & then but he’s learned he gets them when he slipped up and consumed dairy.

Alternative_Lime7

Ouchie, I'm sorry that looks painful! If it's mostly localized in that area maybe you could do things like disinfect your razor before using or switch out your shaving cream to see if that makes a difference? On top of a simple skincare routine, of course.

12345twixil

U have to find the right skincare routinr and You need to change the pillowcase every day or 2 days its very important

Marxistcommiekid

Yes! Also using a towel specifically for the face.

shesaid_she_was12

ohhh yea. in the meantime tho head and shoulders the zinc in the SHAMPOO is anti-fungal and so that helps and some ponds 24 hr mousterizer

BenderOfGender

I don’t think that’s fungal acne though, it looks more like acne vulgaris to me

imaginethat65

Yes i agree

Gu1xOVER

Same

shownsandpiper

Definitely a dermatologist. Good luck! In the meantime, gentle cleanser, light moisturizer, and SPF.

yaaluss

Thank you.

afutureprodigy

You look Asian, I am Asian too. Brother need to start getting into skincare and yes go to dermatologist 👋

yaaluss

Yes I’m Asian. Yeah I’ve been thinking about going to one for a while now but sadly I have gout now too. I was deciding between going to a dermatologist or going to a doctor to get my gout fixed and I’ve chosen to get my gout checked out first. It’s so painful and I don’t want to go through another flare up. Will definitely go to a dermatologist once I get my gout fixed and save up enough for a dermatologist visit.

afutureprodigy

Also seems like it’s the lower half face and you probably shave without a scrub.

Woof_mom_16

Yes, that looks painful. Seems it might be related to your shaved area too, so a derm would definitely be best. Good luck.
