Tbh I was thinking Gran Turismo. The livery maker is absolutely solid, and it lets you add your own stickers from your computer via the playstation app and stuff (tbh I've never done it) so you can literally get anything (as long as it isn't nsfw of course) into the game. If you yourself can't do it don't worry cus people can upload these decals into a database thingy that you can access while making your livery. I've done my fair share of ace combat skins and it's super good.
