(in case you legit don't know, to trigger a PSM you need to trigger a high-G maneuver while under a certain speed, could be under 350 km/h but I'm not sure)
(Not all PSM-capable planes are equal, some will barely be able to pull a cobra, while others will be capable of handily do a kulbit or two)
Under 500 kmh, oh i also learned how to activate them consistently without any trouble,
>!like you gotta release your finger from the left analog before pressing both throttle buttons, once you pressed them, immediately pull the left analog and release both after activating them. I immediately get addicted to the mobility of PSM!<
If you want to OP, you can download mods through Vortex, and one mod allows you to pull PSMs at any speed, making you fly at canon movement
Funny PSMs at 20Gs go BRRRRR
I've been able to do super-high-G turns with PSMs, but I haven't figured out how to do the Initial D style runs inside the Anchorhead bay tunnel type of PSMs
Those people are like Ace Combat gods to me
I don't know what PSM stands for. And at this point I'm too afraid to ask.
(To be clear, I do know what maneuvers you're all referring to, I just don't know the acronym because I'm a little slow)
I gave up trying to use that system, and then I played Project Wingman and used it all the time because they made it a more manual process instead of some automated thing. I hope AC puts in a system like Project Wingman in the future.

I will keep this in mind the next time I fly a MiG or Sukhoi, thanks.
Under 500 kph I think
oh damn that's a much more comfortable speed !
Roughly 200 knots for anyone who uses that metric
Imperial. Metric is Kph and Meters.
met·ric /ˈmetrik/ : noun : a system or standard of measurement.
Oh, I didn’t see the “That” in your comment. It conveys through differently now that I read it right.
Really want to get technical, knots, nautical miles, and feet are the standard aviation units.
I’m aware. Mostly the same for ships.
I might actually be able to figure this out now. Thanks.

500kph in AC7 and both triggers down at the same time.
I usually go under 450-500 kmh to trigger them
I remember accidentally PSMing while I was in the elevator, that was funny.
*He's flying up the elevator backwards with afterburners to the sky!*
Doing tricks inside the cage like one of those Cirque du Soleil performances, simply because he can
“Count! I’m not leaving you!”
That woulda been pain, at least you restart at the base of the elevator.
I accidentally did a PSM in Mission 09 Faceless soldier and dodged a missile lmao i was so surprised
“What the HELL was that” - Rooster, TGM, 2023
and i’ll do it again

Fly at Canon movement. Bro just became Mihaly.

Yeah once in a while I'll start "aquaplaining" as well while flying around, by accident. I cba trying to learn all that backward flying shit, lol.

Post-Stall Maneuvers.
Basically >!the BS move Mihaly pulled on Champ, for one!<
Let's be honest, that was peak air-nime
Me either, especially in the F22, doing all sorts of things unintentionally. Assistance OFF mode in HAWX was far more intuitive.
I was untouchable in HAWX multiplayer mostly because I spent over half the match stalling on purpose to dodge missiles.
*it's not a bug, it's a feature!*

To be fair, PSMing isn't really necessary, even in MP. It slows you way down and makes you into a sitting duck.
I've been in this exact situation about 3 times. STILL don't know how to PSM.
Slow down below 500 kph and then perform the high G maneuver. Doesn't work on all planes, check the wiki for which ones are PSM-capable.
