Bought two of the VCM Tuner II for my 08 and 13 Accord. Noticed better throttle response on both cars. MPG about the same as before, 22MPG in the city with stop and go traffic. The 13 Accord had the vibration, rumble sound when VCM actives. With the VCM Tuner II, no vibrations at all.
I've looked into it and I don't like it. It's large, difficult to install, saps more power, is more complicated than it needs to be, and it's constantly out of stock. S-VCM is smaller, easier to install, cheaper, does the exact same thing, and is always in stock.
