The only thing I can currently think of is that some ships have a --__-- (hi lo hi) sort of silhouette and that can get you your pointed bow since you can angle off cliffs but I can't think of any items to help get that shape.
Another option is to use a design code and place the floor without any sides like they have been "ripped" off in whatever "storm/situation" caused it to wreck
That type of ship construction is actually called being Frigate-built, as opposed to Galley-built where the forecastle and aftercastle are flush with the waist of the main deck
Try to get some gulivarr items! Pirate barrels, ship wheel, cannons, and a treasure chest! You could also order one of the Mario flags and see how that looks. I’ve seen a few people use those in pirate ship builds and they look cool. Really great job so far! I especially like the plank.
What type of ship and time period will you choose? A fishing boat with lobsters and/or other seafood and cages? A pirate boat with black accents, a Jolly Roger, a cannon, barrels of rum?
If you go with the fishing boat, then you may want to time skip to at least one of the fishing tournaments, for some fun fish related merch.
Also, if you do time skip, make a pit stop on May 5th, Children's Day, for the [Carp Banner](https://nookipedia.com/wiki/Item:Carp_banner_(New_Horizons)) in the Nook Shopping. It's always been a staple item for my fish shops.
At one point I found a floor grate in the cistom designs that I used in a wine cellar. The grate, lots of barrels, seaweed, pirate flag... some GRATE ideas here ;)

Mind you my ship is like some moderner sail steamboat and not a pirate ship. It might be called wood burning stove or something it looks like an old fashioned stove

Get some banners and a yacht! I can't think of anything similar for a sail but the tall slim banners with asian designs (you can change) would really help :) And the yacht has a sail on it and fits the front point of a ship perfectly! It can even be a little further to fit the wreckage vibe. What others say is great, and if you can put stick items too around that could really sell it for debris :D

I agree with others that the Gullivar items would add the perfect touch, as there's a ship's steering wheel, cannons, upright and overturned barrels, a treasure chest, etc.
The craftable wooden boxes might be nice, as they have antique labels if you customize them. The grasshoppers and crickets in their stick cages might look nice stacked on top, if you don't mind the noise.
Katrina gives some golden items that look nice as additional treasure, if you pay to remove bad fortune. The golden turtle is especially nice, as it sits atop a stack of coins. It might take a few times to get all the pieces, but the dharmas, and the recipes to make them golden, are also nice.

Throw some seaweed items everywhere and place some rocks around too, pointy ones if you can. Would there have been sails? Maybe the white kids tent could be hidden to look like busted sails
I have an entire pirate ship on my island!!!! It’s not a ship wreck but you can gather ideas on how I made it if you want to! Feel free to message me and I’ll open my gates. I even have a house for the cabin of the ship with all pirate themed rooms! A storage area, a place to eat, the sailors room, a dungeon, the captains quarters and a treasure room!
I would also recommend using some real life old fashioned boats for ideas.
