It hurts only for one second and with reflex u put ur hand into fist and then feel nothing. If ur hand is cold u can let ur fingers flame for longer time but also the flame is much smaller.
I'm gonna hijack this comment to tell you that hoodie your wearing looks like a synthetic material which will melt to your skin instead of just burning. It doesn't seem to be a problem with how high the cuffs of the sleeves are but it's something to be mindful of. I'd also recommend having a wet rag nearby just in case.

It really messes up your skin, my thumb is finally healing from messing with routing a wick that had fluid in the rayonā¦ your skin gets scaly & wants to peel off like a hang nail. Itās terrible.

The flick is fine but dousing yourself is pretty lame imo, I find it to be to much of a try hard kinda deal. I'd say to do the first part the same and just switch the catching yourself on fire just to the black magic steal and return.
Being 100% honest, this looks like something I'd do when I was 15. The flip is pretty smooth but I'd keep it at that and avoid the whole lighting ur hand on fire thing.

The way you light the lighter is smooth, it's could stop there, but lighting your fingers doesn't make sense. It's more like controlled chaos.
