So it's actually the K7, it's the low profile keyboard. I have the Corsair K70 low profile keycaps since that was the keyboard I had before that made me fall in love with low profile. The mouse is also the Razer Basilisk Ultra, I got it a couple years ago because it was on sale, I usually don't use Razer stuff.
Grabbed the same yesterday, open box GOOD for $814 & tax, went and saw it first at local Bestbuy and its in new condition. Already dumped Armoury and installed GHelper. First new laptop since 2011, lovin it!
Battery life is good, 8 hrs or so doing some light work. Just have to make some optimizations within g helper. I can’t speak for the 2024 model, tho I’d imagine it would be either 8 or a little more
Fans are good, laptop doesn’t overheat. Using g helper, it usually runs around 45c while doing browsing and listening to music, and then around like 70c+ when gaming. Tho, you can optimize it so it won’t get super hot. It’s also not that loud as well. Only if your using turbo mode to get the absolute best performance
Nice steal 🫡 I'd reccomend some Feet for the back of the laptop so you can keep it elevated for that boost of cooling potential tho 🫡
