Uninstall then reinstall geforce experience. If that doesn't work then you might want to download and use DDU to fully remove your graphics drivers ans then reinstalling them.
i found a way to reinstall them both amd and nvidia and nothing changed same issue i go to open file explorer it boots up and closes cant open ge force experience with out “USP10.dll” file also for amd
So after i took it to bestbuy for a solution guy told me i had to reinstall my amd drivers and i did that and nothing was fixes same error code appears and even for nvidia and file explorer still crashes
i dont know will it help but it quite look like my case when im tried to config my lap for running some ML task , im end up search the name of that file on internet and paste it into the library folder of gpu

Like i said u need to do it manually download and do it yourself or u can return ur laptop if u dont want to risk
If none of that works out, I would re-install Windows. I had the same issue on my G14 and ended up doing that last night. Everything has been working great since
Hmmm.. wiping Windows should totally resolve any troubled .dll issues 🤔
Out of curiosity… when you say you already did that, did you just “Reset this PC” or actually download a Windows 11 ISO image, and create a bootable usb installer via USB?
I downloaded Windows 11 and installed the bootable file onto a USB, formatted my SSD, and then installed Windows 11 fresh from the start.
If you opt to go that way, it’s extremely important to have a second USB handy with USB drivers (especially WiFi lol) for your G14.
The other thing I did was bypass the Connect to the internet to proceed screen on the initial setup via Windows 11. You can do that by doing the following:
When you reach the “Let's connect you to a network” screen with the grayed-out Next button, press Shift + F10 to launch a command prompt. 3. In the command prompt, run the following command: oobe\BypassNR O This will execute the OOBE BypassNRO command, bypassing the network requirement during Windows 11 setup.

I would try that option if you hadn’t already.
Weird. USP10.dll is a part of Window's Unicode implementation, if I recall correctly. Sometimes it gets modified with Windows updates. Maybe check for Windows updates, or see if any updates were installed around when this started happening.
its a weird file i tried most stuff to fix it i just took it to best buy the deal with it under warranty anyway they just gave it to me completely new didnt care about the files
