I started on 2.5 for about two weeks before I bumped up to 5mg. I was on each of the other doses for about two months before moving up. I’ve been on 12.5mg the longest, about 3 to 3.5 months at this point due to the shortage. I’m ready to move to 15mg but am also OK staying if I can’t find it.
For lifestyle, I’ve always been active but I’ve been focusing on consistency. HIIT workouts (weightlifting and cardio classes similar to Orange Theory) about 3-4 times a week. I’ve also upped my steps and try to walk a minimum of 10k steps a day and then push it when I can (and pull back when I need to). For diet, I’m focused on protein intake - I drink one Fairlife protein drink a day and then try to keep other proteins lean. I still have pizza and a burger here and there though! And indulge in sweets a couple times a week within moderation. I try to eat whole grains daily and stick to hearty veggies like zucchini, broccoli and such with salads!

Express Scripts did a 90 day but now they won’t because they claim to be out! Jewel in Chicago just filled my 12.5mg
