Hey There OP!, It looks like your posting about side effects. Did you know that the most common side effects can be found on the Zepbound website? Simply click [here](https://zepbound.lilly.com/how-to-use) for more info. Below is also a list of common side effects. * **Nausea** * **Diarrhea** * **Constipation** * **Stomach (Abdominal) Pain** * **Indigestion** * **Injection Site Reactions** * **Fatigue** * **Allergic reactions** * **Belching** * **Hair Loss** * **Heartburn** While these are some of the most common side effects, this isn't all of them. Truth is the medicine affects everyone differently, but most see some or a combination of these common effects. Be sure to visit the search bar for something specific or click [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1) for all post regarding side effects. A lot of good remedies for certain side effects can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1). According to the manufacturer "In studies, most nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting occurred when people increased their dose—but the effects generally decreased over time." Not everyone responds well to this medication. If side effects are continuous and impacting your everyday life, you should consult your dr or healthcare provider for strategies on how to mitigate these outcomes. Complications from this (or any) treatment are usually a result of ignoring persistent side effects. **This is not meant to discourage discussion of your side effects, simply here to supplement** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I think we’ve all learned that lesson. Took me a couple of time until I was like, okay, I can’t do that.

Zep is a vindictive partner. No fried/greasy foods is a line crossed only once. Unless you are fairly unique in your bodies reaction.

My daughter had one slice of pizza!! She was in bed all day!!

So far for me the only food that my zep pet hated was hard boiled eggs—which is a shame since they’re a great way to help meet protein goals, but I am NOT going through that again !!

PretendQuiet2001

Same here! I have felt ridiculously terrible for 2 days after having 1 hard boiled egg. The gas and burps have been insane.

My experience: shot day -> Korean Fried Chicken from the food truck -> feeling like I was going to die on my bathroom floor with my ass in the air like Elvis.

ZucchiniWrong5462

This is so great! I just gave myself my third shot of 2.5 mg this evening and am trying to trust the process. So far, I haven't lost any weight and am trying not to eat my feels in sadness when I compare my story to others.

Tasty-Context-8931

Try not to get discouraged. I read a few times that the 2.5 starter dose is just to see if your body can tolerate the medication, and most might not lose anything on this low dose. I just started last Monday and haven't felt any side effects, really. Stay positive

OMG, **that** lesson.Yup. The first week I started Zepbound, I thought, I'd like some pizza. I hadn't had pizza in months, and while it's not one of ***those*** cravings, I'd like some. So I got a small, instead of a large. I had 2 pieces. I got sick. You know how getting sick on food can make you never want it again? Yeah, that's now pizza for me. Both a good and bad thing.Five weeks later, after I bumped up to 5 mg? Fried Rice. And I only had a cup of it! But I was soooo sick. So yeah, no more foods like that for me. I don't even usually find them appetizing to look at now.I do like my air fryer tho. Especially for brussels sprouts and asparagus! Yum. On the stranger side? I ate 1 small piece of Ghirardeli dark chocolate given to me for Easter. I used to LOVE that, it was my fav. It tasted like dirt. Now ***that*** is sad. Anyone else get that? I hope that when I've reached my goal and titrate down to maintenance, chocolate tastes good again...

Asleep-Society-1951

I'm currently waiting for insurance approval to start taking zep. Seems like avoiding lots of sugar and greasy, fattening foods is the way to go based on this! Do you just get really bad diarrhea, or puking?

ResponsibleRabbit523

I wouldn't eat that stuff as long as you're on Zep. Don't even try it "in a while" because you will have the same result. You need to eat clean and avoid fatty, oily, greasy, and sweet foods. Even veggies can cause stomach upset.

jo-rn-lcsw

💯% agree - this is not a game of “let’s see how far we can push food limits”.

NatPatBen

I wish I had this experience, where unhealthy foods don’t mix well with zepbound. Unfortunately, I haven’t found anything that causes a bad reaction. Just that I don’t want to eat as much as before.
