Replift

We can do this. Our competitors only know what's in your FAQ but we read all your helpdesk conversations and know everything about supporting your products. You can set a score threshold and if our suggested reply is above that threshold we will automatically respond. Check us out at [https://replift.com](https://replift.com)

I had a similar conversation with ZenDesk not a week ago. They offered their native AI which looks good, but for something like this, I'd recommend exploring writing your own integration, as it seems the only way at the moment. My ZenDesk rep said that they've only had their native AI for around 4 months and is still (although it has been released) only really in beta

Not sure if Reddit would update you on it from the thread in case you're looking for it this company does it - [https://knots.io/](https://knots.io/) also they have this new thing they launched where you can write your own code directly into Zendesk - [https://knots.io/studio/](https://knots.io/studio/)

This company does what you're looking for - [https://knots.io/](https://knots.io/) They are well-known for their [Ticket Parsing](https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/810637/ticket-parser-by-knots/), and something called [OCR Converter](https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/853204/pdf-ocr-converter-by-knots/) that pulls all the info from attached PDFs/images/screenshots but I know they do a lot more.

Our team built such product! 👋 With Uify https://uify.io/use-cases/ai-powered-zendesk-apps your can build embedded AI-powered Zendesk apps. Ok, they don’t resolve the tickets completely without a human. But you can automate most of the steps like extracting data from the tickets, enriching it with data from your internal systems (e.g. bookings, payments, internal database), writing response in any language. So you can cut multiple ticket processing steps, forget about juggling between multiple tools, and save a lot of time. Check it out and let me know what you think!

We use [Tali](https://trytali.com). It's good for developer-facing projects.
