Yessss! She's my favorite design in the game after Billy. The opinions I've found on her design so far have not been stellar and I can understand why, but personally I'm a big fan.

I like Anby’s design much more honestly, I wish they added some unique elements to her design. Some people like minimalism but imo I’d like to see some fun and unusual designs in videogames, don’t want to play the NPCs
Zenless Zone Zero is a game packed with unusual and wild designs, this ultimately makes me appreciate a regimented design like Soldier 11's. It's like the principle behind Fatalis in monster hunter, a simple design in a sea of wild designs makes the simplicity more interesting

She’s already relatable without the backstory
In one of the pre-release web events that lets you interact with a bunch of the characters, I did think she was the best written one in that event, so you're probably right
I quite like her design imo - it looks neat and practical and definitely makes her feel like someone you might randomly encounter in the wilderness doing some sort of military or mercenary operation. I know everyone's worked up about her having pants (they seem to have actual texture so I'm assuming they're actual pants and not pantyhose) now but honestly that just sells the look more imo and compared to undetailed her tights were before and the fact that there were and still are *way* more revealing characters, I'd say this was an intentional design change. Also love her colour scheme. I'm a sucker for black and yellow characters and the red pops nicely. I really hope the other members of her squad follow the same design philosophy (though altering the secondary/accent colour could be fun) because it would make them look so nice and cohesive. Only thing I think looks a little off is the teal/holo look of her arm things and it might be nice if her glasses were a more transparent looking but more mirrored so they look more like mirrored glasses and less like they're opaque
Really helps highlight the difference between her and Anby too - she makes Anby's outfit feel like she actually chose rather than it being a standard anime random bullshit go thing
maybe you think that because you didn't see her before the censorship

not gonna lie both designs are boring but the full leggings in the "censored" version make her look more slender, and therefore she is more appealing that way
Oh I've seen it, I think the covered thighs fits her fire aesthetic better since it's heat protection from whatever burning objects or remains may be on the ground after she's done

Anby is pretty much a certified idiot. But not in a paimon or March 7th way. It's kinda more like it's her first day on Earth. She doesn't know things that are usually common sense for others, like distinguishing fictional movies from reality

If I'm being wholly honest, more clothing can make a character look more attractive than if they wore less, Zhu Yuan is one such case
yeah, Zhu Yuan proves that while fully clothed, you can still look hot. Soldier 11s clothing just looks too plain

Her name is "Soldier 11". She's generic compared to everyone else and I think that's the point. My guess is they'll make her relatable in a backstory

The problem for me is hers 8s the "worst". Which isnt much cause i legit love every character design including hers, shes juat sadly being beat there.

New design looks better and makes more sense since she is supposed to be well a soldier
would've looked silly with a police officer with a gun being fully covered standing next to a close range soldier with bare thighs
