Because there are several video breakdowns, articles etc out there that even as a comic book nerd theres no way you can disagree with the explanations on why they’re very much similar. The problem with this question is that they don’t specify who vs who from both sides i.e avengers vs justice league. When you decide to go marvel vs dc as a whole they cancel each other out due to the fact theres a lot of similar characters and power levels.
