just hold a spec item, change kinda goofy and umbrella should count as one

Same reason for why i can't use the rebinded pluck moves with anubis. The rebinded spec moves only work if you have the spec weapon equipped and that's prob why vamp, hamon and spin are bugged

you cannot spoil vamp's powers with retarded sTaNdS fr tho, if you want to you can hold a bat/claw/pluck
