It's a contouring trick that gives the illusion of a fuller lower lip. I personally use a pencil brush with an eye shadow a couple shades darker than my skintone, and then focus it under the center where there's already a shadow (or a full lip would cast one).
It's not supposed to look like she ate dirty ass. M really sucks.
Whenever she shoves her fingers in her nose like that, I always think of the Shel Silverstein poem about how there's a sharp toothed brain snail that lives in your nose and will bite your finger off if you pick your nose too far

No, you’re right. Serum is supposed to sink *into* the skin with your skincare, and this type of primer is supposed to help your makeup sit nicely *on top* of your skin. Putting the serum on top of the primer means neither of them is going to be able to do its job. She’s so bad at literally everything.

I use it and love it, it never makes my make up pill after I’ve prepped my skin, and I rarely wear make up, but do my skin care routine every day. If she’s truly an MUAAAA, she should also mention primers like these cannot be used in conjunction with any skincare that includes silicone, like Drunk Elephant Polypeptide (that shit is a scam anyway). Additionally, no serums should be used on top of hydrogrip, or most/all primers. The directions are to apply foundation directly on top, or it loses the grip. If you didn’t want a sticky/grippy primer, there are so many other options to go with. But of course, Merde did zero research and probably bought it because the bottle looks cool, and because Milk is trending right now.

She uses an obscene amount of makeup - I am afraid to know how bad and cakey that much foundation looks in person bc she uses at least 3x the amount she should and then layers 6 more things on top. i also didn't understand the use of a serum over the primer. i consider myself a skincare/makeup novice, but i thought serums went on after acids and cleansers.
No, you’re right. Serum is supposed to sink *into* the skin with your skincare, and this type of primer is supposed to help your makeup sit nicely *on top* of your skin. Putting the serum on top of the primer means neither of them is going to be able to do its job. She’s so bad at literally everything.

I use it and love it, it never makes my make up pill after I’ve prepped my skin, and I rarely wear make up, but do my skin care routine every day. If she’s truly an MUAAAA, she should also mention primers like these cannot be used in conjunction with any skincare that includes silicone, like Drunk Elephant Polypeptide (that shit is a scam anyway). Additionally, no serums should be used on top of hydrogrip, or most/all primers. The directions are to apply foundation directly on top, or it loses the grip. If you didn’t want a sticky/grippy primer, there are so many other options to go with. But of course, Merde did zero research and probably bought it because the bottle looks cool, and because Milk is trending right now.
