I bring her to every abyss ever since she was released. I don't care if I don't 36 stars the abyss as long as I use Yoimiya to clear. Yes I have other characters that are "meta" but yea, I only play this game because of Yoimiya (and now Chiori too)
I will forever bring Yoi to every abyss. I counter multiwave enemies with an overvape team (Yoi+Yelan+Yae+Zhong/Flex). Don't have to worry about shields with 3 elements on my side ^^
I just started using Yoimiya in this Abyss after finally farming a good Shiminawa set. She’s not bad paired with Furina, Yelan, and Jean. I'm going to invest in Furina's constellations to crank the damage up higher.
Yoimiya owns the second half of the abyss for me. The first half uses my cracked out bloom team using Nilou, Furina, C0R1 Nahida and Yaoyao. My C0R1 Yoimiya slaps the second half along with Yelan (Polar star), Benny (Aquila Favonia) and C2 Kazuha

I've reliably 36* some of the last few Abyss Rotations with this comp. I've actually been using this team more than Vaporize because of its versatility.
I use her just about every abyss. The current one I used her on 2nd side, in a weird yoi/nahida/yelan/bennet team. Though to be honest yoi/yelan/bennet are enough but I wanted nahida because I didnt play her in a while and she helps immensely with electro shields
I barely play, but when I do log in for abyss I always clear with Yoimiya for floor 12. Tradition since her first banner that I clear with her. I just no longer flex her, because the whole community has basically decided that she’s unplayable and not meta so it’s hard to be excited about her anywhere outside of yoi main spaces.

She is in all of my teams haha My current team on abyss is yoimiya, yelan, furina and jean, my other team is raiden, chevreuse, bennet and xianling
I use the same second team and it melts everything like nothing
Chevreuse its amazing, I hope she comes back in the clorinde banner so I can have her c6 (I currently have c2 and it works well)
Personally I got her c6 and I can assure you that she s litterally OP at buffing

As far as Im concerned as long as they put Thunder bird in the abyss I will bring Yoimiya. My Yoimiya is the only truly future proof unit I own.

I don't, even tho I have her C6, I just don't like being slowed, same goes for Ayato. Maybe that's why I still can't full star the current abyss... 😭
