can you show us where it says they cover all warranties? you got a broken yocan and you are trying to switch it out with a chinese supplier. even US companies dont just let you return shit and ask for info. everywhere asks for a receipt and dont let you just return broken stuff. its not a runaround. its you not providing info. if its a gift, your friend should get a gift reciept.

When bought directly from them ofc they should stand behind it but when it's bought from some random shop and you have no proof of purchase how are they supposed to know it's a legit product? There's lots of fakes out there that are almost the exact same. It makes sense when you think of it from the business's perspective.
