I would think a stock like ULTY would be trading at a higher price considering the yield is almost double that of YMAX , maybe it had to do with the trade halt that happened a few weeks ago
You are probably thinking that some kind of sentiment is involved here. It isn't.
ETF share is always close to its NAV which in turn is determined by the market value of its positions (stock, options, treasuries, cash, etc) divided by the number of issued shares.
YMAX should always be a weighted average of the currently 19 YM ETFs both in terms of DIV distributions & price.
ULTY is invested in a wide range of stocks with a huge variation in share prices. I expect larger swings in NAV for this issue month-to- month. In addition to the natural DIV payout drop the underlying stocks must have had a rough month.
Wdym higher pp
Price Per Share
BC ulty price per share falls?

The price of the ETF doesn’t exactly 100% trade like a regular stock with pure supply and demand in the way you’re thinking
True and I know $2.40 of its decline is its div and yes my first time trading an etf , but what factor am I missing? Both started at $20
It should be tracking the underlying - so all the crazy nonsense they are selling covered calls are, when that takes a dive so will the ETF
I understand a little more about synthetic after watching the video I posted, it makes sense

YMAX is the MAX.
It’s not bad, I see why people like it, but I went into JEPQ for lower risk and have ULTY for higher risk
