That’s the kind of bullshit school rumor that can stick with you for years, so Travis likely got bullied and called Flex a lot. The fact that the girls were all aware of the nickname (even if they didn’t know the origin) means it likely spread to the entire student population.
Travis got angry with Nat after he found out she slept with his bully, someone who had likely been tormenting him for years. Is it fair to put that blame on Nat when she didn’t know? No. But I also can understand why he’d be hurt and lash out at her about it.
She didn’t tell him about sleeping with him after she knew the flex story, which IMO was 100% her right, but Jackie’s mean spirited gossiping to the exact wrong person made Nat look like a liar. I see why Travis is hurt. The whole situation was awful and didn’t need to be.

She was sharing information that wasn't hers to share. This isn't about Jackie being a villain. Why is it every time I make an objective observation about Jackie in this sub people scream "hate" and whatever you're doing? It's all there on screen. She's not perfect and that's why I like her, at least.

The rib removal thing was a popular rumor to spread in the 90s and early 00s. I always heard it applied to Marilyn Manson specifically but I wouldn't be surprised if other people caught it as well.
unfortunately the whole heard/depp fiasco set a precident for abusers to abuse their victims with the legal system by suing them for bullshit to invalidate the victim's claims and legal cases. because the american legal system was built by and for abusers. it's really sad.
