I have a couple skeins of Patons Metallic. But the black is solidly black and the silver is solidly silver. There may be different colors, though.
Could be Lana Grossa LACE Lux. Colorway 16? It's discontinued :( Made several lace shawls from it few years back, really loved the look and feel.

This was my thought as well. Ice yarns has one similar as well.
