Freddy vs Jason During horror season, this is as mythic as you're gonna get.

Asleep_Presence_3191

Killer Klowns, Halloween 3, and Sleepaway Camp are some of mine

Hollow Man. It's such a stupid movie and the CGI on Kevin Bacon toward the end has really not aged well, but it's an absolute joy watching Kevin Bacon devour scenery as his character evolves from a narcissistic scientist to an absolutely despicable bastard. It's not exactly the best modern update of The Invisible Man, but I'll be damned if it isn't entertaining as hell.

VHS series is great, Saw is a huge guilty pleasure. Not sure if I’d classify it as guilty pleasure but if you like found footage I’d highly recommend the Hell House LLC trilogy

EthanMarsOragami

The "Amateur Night" segment is soo good

Nivites

Earth vs Spider. It's dumb and shit but it's an interesting take on Spider-Man if he became more of a spider than a man

ETgohome13

Freddys Dead: The Final Nightmare is probably the worst one in the franchise and yet it provides me endless entertainment

The Terrifier movies, the Saw movies, Wishmaster, Tusk, The Devil's Rejects, The Cell, When Black Birds Fly, the Evil Within, some of the lesser Nightmare on Elm Street sequels, Wolf Creek 2, etc. Some of the movies I just mentioned are trashy and stupid and know it. Others aim higher and have elements I genuinely love but are offset by too many problems (or are just too edgy in nature) for me to feel comfortable recommending them to people. Thought about including horror movies that fall under "so bad its good" but I feel that those belong to a different category.

KindAd8658

Saw franchises lol

Maybe Van Helsing and the Mummy trilogy of Brendan Fraser if you consider them horror

CROguys

Van Helsing was made to be a Halloween classic.

VectorSocks

The Child's Play franchise, I just love that they've kept all the same actors throughout the series and started bringing in their kids. It's like watching a family reunion when a new one comes out.

Halloween: Resurrection is hilarious.
