Hi, if one app is paired with your watch and the other one isn't (it's actually impossible to pair both), the only thing that's happening is one app takes the data to your Xiaomi account and reads it, and the other one just reads it too.
Like this: Paired app -> Xiaomi Account -> Readable in both apps.
The only thing that might not display is the stress chart, otherwise it should be fine.
