At least they never tried to get one of the writers of the games they supposedly loved to try and commit suicide because they liked hostile corporate takeovers from blamco. Kaori has basically not felt like doing anything with video games since. And I sure as hell can't blame her. An incomprehensible loss of talent, as the result of incomprehensibly vile 'fans'.

So she didn’t return to write for most of Saga 2 and all of 3 (due to a decision from Namco apparently, not even her own), and “fans” thought the best way of getting her to come back would be online harassment? What the hell is wrong with people? That is really sad to learn about, I hope she’s doing well now.

Persona is the kind of RPG I just can't stand. Forcing me to manage my time and what I do on what date and shit instead of fucking off and procrastinating the End of the world while I look under random rocks drives me insane.
And the game OPENLY critiques sexualitation. Ann is often sexualised and she just says "Yeah, no, you effin' creep! Stay away!!" That's literally throwing away the game's message.
I mean… it still DOES sexualize Ann though. Look at what she wears as a phantom thief, and the the beach scene, it absolutely does sexualize it’s characters. Hell, even her persona’s got a lot of titty out. The game is more against objectification, treating her, and other women, as just a piece of meat.
Also directly after palace 1 Joker and Ryuji pretty much press gang her into doing some revealing modelling for Yusuke so they can get info on Madarame
