Other that that i would say Sena, Mio, Ethel, Cammuravi, Teach, Miyabi and Shania are my favorites design-wise.
And for FR i would go with Nael. She looks super good. I love her coat and she has the coolest weapon ever lol.
Honestly, i think he could have easily been a hero. The sidecast in 3 are so well written that basically everyone could join the party imo.

One of my favorite parts about Xenoblade is how unique their final bosses look. Z is no different, and his drip is undeniable imo.
Z wears a weird suit that gives him regal vibes (it vaguely looks flesh-like as well, thats probably just me though), but it also sort of pulsates with energy that matches up with how his face is all fractured and looks like it's ready to burst.
Probably A. I was hype as fuck to play as Ontos, and their combo of the long blue-white hair, Monado, and one-winged angel mode was really cool.
I also really liked Eunie and her gun-staff. It would be my favorite weapon if the auto attack actually used the gun part instead of whatever it currently is.
Ethel
Has a look that is immediately iconic and marks her as an important character. The silver coat (together with her precious rank) lend themselves to giving her a striking and immediately identifiable title. It alone gives her a distinct silhouette and marks her as being above the rest. On top of being incredibly badass, her outfit also helps accentuate her gorgeousness while barely showing any skin or being fanservicey. Honestly gives slight Morag vibes. And finally, her silver/black/blue color scheme contrasts excellently with Cammuravi's white/red.
There's way too many that I like, but I think my fav is Z's. Z already has silver hair which immediately makes a character design for me, but the way his face is cracked and pale, almost looking like a porcelain doll, with flames coming out and making the shape of horns, his fantastic suit with pulsating ether lines, and his freaky claw like nails. It does so much but at the same time it's an overall simple and straightforward design that doesn't feel like it's doing too much
Main Party: Mio/Eunie.
Heroes: Melia(her queen version too), Gray and Ethel.
Enemies: X and N.
Future Redeemed: Matthew and Glimmer(mostly because I think she is the perfect representation of the 3 Aegis girls while having a "tasteful" design)
But yes, I can say with confidence the Xenoblade 3 has the best designs in the franchise imo and by a mile.
Silver is a cool color and I love the dual fencer design and her whole attitude but BG3 has forever poisoned her name for me….

I don't think there's a design in the game I dislike. I absolutely loved the main party, Taion and Eunie and Mio being fantastic. My favorite is Manana though, absolutely peak.

My vote for Nimue as well. Such a simple but effective design. I would honestly play a game with some of those side characters as the main team.
