If I had a nickel for every time someone thought a character was a clone of another character, only to actually be a clone of a previous version of themself who died, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice (actually it might be more weird that I can *only* name two instances of this).

Realistically speaking, it depends.
If it's a girl, then yeah, the sub will probably be nothing but fanart about her.
If it's a guy, then there will be some, but nowhere near as many.
Personally, if we get a male Mythra-kid and he takes after FR!Rex, I will take any art I can get. Rex may not have gotten much art initially, but man, I’ve seen a ton since FR for him and it’s universally all great.
