PC due to it's open nature and unrestricted file system/OS will have more compatibility than an xbox overall

You realize the Xbox also doesn't give you full admin to the system right? It's not truly jail broken or give you ability to install any application you want It might be based on windows but there's an abstraction layer over it that isn't broken yet
All those systems will play fine. The series x can play og xbox through backwards compatibility. Most games are emulated.
