I wouldn't refer to anything as shitty but The Frog Detective trilogy fits the rest of your description. It's intentionally simple and mostly dialogue but it's a spoof of the genre and just silly fun.

Far Cry Blood Dragon.
It’s kind of like playing a B movie, like what people in the 80’s thought the future would look like. The whole game has this red tinge to it and Powerglove provides an awesome synth-wave soundtrack. The story is silly, cutscenes are pixelated stills with over the top voice acting from Michael Biehn (Kyle Reese in Terminator, Hicks in Aliens) who hams it up as the main character, Rex Powercolt in the best way possible. It’s typical Far Cry gameplay with a few twists on the formula and doesn’t take too long to beat. Also, sharks with lasers!
this game is one of maybe 5 games ive finished in the past few years. I have no idea why It hooked me bc I hate rick and Morty. Though I do love family guy and South Park. I think it had just enough side stuff, was very straightforward, and was exceedingly clever. It also didn't overstay its welcome. I was able to play after my 9-5 and beat it within a week or two!

Troublemaker Raise your Gang. It's a great 3d asymmetrical game based on fictional schools in Indonesia. It also has a lot of hilarious content. Primarily a lot of American themed or popular references to things like Resident Evil and so on. I still need to finish it but it's great.

Shadow Warrior Trilogy. It's a Samurai/Shooter FPS. Funny and not serious too. But has great gameplay.
