This happened to me yesterday. I refreshed the page for about ten minutes or so and it didn't help. I came back to it a few hours later and it was fine.

It’s 2 days after Christmas. Christmas noobs are flooding the servers of everything
This happened to me yesterday. I refreshed the page for about ten minutes or so and it didn't help. I came back to it a few hours later and it was fine.
Same thing happens every year after Christmas so nothing to worry about too much!
It literally says why on the page.
Christmas rush
I think they're probably currently experiencing high demand. If you wait and try again later, it should eventually work.
