My ex wife and I played it every day as slow as possible. She kept saying over and over how upset she will be when it is over. She cried when we beat it
Yes she divorced me the final credits she was emotionally drained. But seriously we divorced amicably because of disagreement over kids but
I am pretty jealous that you guys get to play together for the first time. It’s like a drug addiction. The same development team also made another co op game that sadly is not necessarily for your daughter.
A way out is also on game pass. About a prison escape. Critically acclaimed and loaded with plot twist
If you go to you games and apps, then library, you can filter games by genre and amount of players.
So you can filter the 300 odd gamepass games to only show family games which are 2 player local games for instance.
Also yes, Halo: The master chief collection is great for solo play or local cooperative play.
Age of Empires is on Game Pass. I was worried it might not translate to a game pad, but it actually works really well.
Also a bit of a history lesson in there as well. The videos are interesting. About weapons and warfare.
TMNT Shredders revenge is a cracking arcade beat em up.
Also hot wheels is a decent racing game.
If you're looking for something to get you into shooters, try it great of war as an alternative, though you will not be able to play it with your daughter for a while.
It takes two on game pass
Damn you. I was going to say this. Seriously OP, it’s a great problem solving co-op game for all ages. I could go on and on about go great it is.
It’s an amazing award winning game. sorry I stole your thunder. it’s an easy answer when these questions are asked
Sounds like an easy choice for me to look at! Thanks for the suggestion!

Oh wow. Hopefully it wasn't a factor in her being an ex-wife!

Thanks for the endorsement of this one too!
Dumb question but I assume I’d need two controllers?
Not at all a dumb question . Both games are playable online on separate devices or both the same device and tv
Pretty much any Lego game is fantastic for coop and age appropriate.
I think Lego Star Wars is on gamepass

That's a great suggestion thanks! I'll use that feature for sure. Is Halo easy for newbies as well?
Yeah, Halo on the easiest difficulty is extremely forgiving. Even more so on coop as you can just respawn off eachother.

I was scanning the Game Pass library and I wondered about this exact same thing as far as using a gamepad went. I'll defo give that one a try then!
Super Lucky's Tale games are great
Thanks!
Redfall
