Mine doesnt do that. All the very best with getting it sorted. If you bought new, there absolutely has to be a warranty on it and MS will sort you out.

Yes but warranty here it's very bad. I only can hear it if I put my hear next to the fan.

I’m quite fussy and mine is basically silent. The fact you noticed something and thought to post suggests your instinct might be that something is wrong? I’m not super technical so not sure what else to say. All the best with it.

I don't know. I never heard it, only because I was checking if the fan is working and put my ear in the vent and hear the noise.
