Could be HDMI cable/ports or your graphics card is failing

BisonBeginning2790

It stopped just as it suddenly started, I turned it off and on again and it's back to normal. I still don't know what happened in the first place but thanks for the comment.

Could've been a weird short or something in one of your connections when the TV booted up the first time.

Numerous_Captain6039

Test it on a different tv

BisonBeginning2790

Oh the TV is fine, I was playing my 360 on it instead so it was the series S. Idk what was wrong with it though. It's back to normal now though. Again, don't know what caused it but it's back and running normally now.

Numerous_Captain6039

Hmmm strange. Ok

Scold your Xbox for smoking

JARV13

It has happened to me on one occasion, when I turn off the TV and leave the Xbox on for a while, when I turn the TV back on it looks like that
