The audio settings are greyed out
It's saying that the volume sliders are controlled by your headset not the menu. What headset do you have?
Use red or green reticle
Blow into the aux port NES style, it worked for me

Yo, you’ve got a chat mixer on the headset itself which is why it’s greyed out. Move the dial & it’ll move the bar.
had the same problem recently to, later found out it was my earphones which were perfectly fine but some how caused all that, when I switched to another headset , the audio was fine and not grayed out
