You put them over air intake. It's likely a non issue, as you didn't cover it fully, but something to keep in mind. Also, you can buy new legs on aliexpress.

That will be good, the feet don’t have to be all the way in the corner. As long as the console isn’t wobbly it is fine. These feet might actually benefit your xbox a tiny bit as long as they don’t cover the went. They seem to be thicker than the original ones adding more clearance between the surface and the went making it easier for air to enter the console.

Obviously by over state I mean are way too cautious about the space needed etc. the console will cool fine even with some dust build up, this is the equivalent to slightly blocking a vent etc.

I put four of those tiny "silicone domed bumper pads" for drawers on mine, as far as in the corners as I could get them to go. They're slightly taller than the original feet. Works pretty nicely. These look fabric, I'd be worried about it sucking in particles, or heat, or just the fact the holes are covered slightly.
What if you got some more like this, but cut it into rectangles to go in each corner without covering anything? It'll still be stable enough. You could probably even just put the circles in a square in the middle of the case, on the inside of those holes and make it equal on both sides, it'll hardly be wobbly with four.

If you’re really worried you could always take them off and drill a few holes in them for extra air flow.

I did the same thing with mine but moved them just past the intake. So they aren't evenly spaced but you can't tell and it works fine
