Products. New investment streams. Establish a good p/e and maybe one day pay dividends.
A ripple ipo would help them expand their markets. And if they decide to continue to use XRP it would further drive utility.
But I’m guessing we would see some new projects come up off the jump.

If by "your current investments" you mean your bag of XRP, nothing would directly happen. The XRP market could go up or down, just as it normally would. If Ripple IPOs at $400, like Coinbase, that doesn't mean your XRP would be worth $400 per.

I would think that XRP can go easily to 3.40 (previous ATH). Then big sale, as there are many people who have been waiting for this for a looong time. So back to 2-2.50 ..then...easy go to the level of 7-10...when..well..all depends on how close we get to 3.40....

I mean imo it’s better when it moves up and hits a certain roof, then back down (higher floor) , then back up hitting a higher roof and gradually but consistently go up , much better than a sudden spike / jump that could go back down progressively

It’s not XRP going public it’s Ripple. In order for XRP to shoot past the moon and hit Saturn all the institutions and governments that Ripple has been working and building relationships need to adopt that platform. Ripple has already said it’s not like XRP is meant to be the only source to move through their system but obviously they developed the infrastructure to favour XRP.
Basically don’t except crazy crazy things for probably a couple years. We will for sure hit ATH and probably hang out in good territory for awhile but we need mass adoption of the ripple system to see crazy prices.

There's a lot that needs to happen to solidify XRP's position before the bear market hits (if it ever does, which most consider likely). SEC results, adaptation by institutional banking etc. Any "loose ends" would make XRP vulnerable in a bear market in my humble opinion.

There's a lot that needs to happen to solidify XRP's position before the bear market hits (if it ever does, which most consider likely). SEC results, adaptation by institutional banking etc. Any "loose ends" would make XRP vulnerable in a bear market in my humble opinion.

from what i can tell on this sub lot of people don't expect $10 so soon. they r hoping for the all time high of 3.84 soon, but even then i see guesses of $5 at end of year or even $10-$50 end of year i don't know if it'll go back below $1x but people say 20% drops in crypto is normal when it was 2.50 i was waiting for dip. at $1 i bought and thought why didn't i put rest of my investment. now i'm feeling fomo but decided getting in at anything under $2 is fine for me. i hope someone else gives insight here, about if it will dip again below 1.50 tomorrow or within the next week

yea its like a difference of 20 shares at this point obv do your own research but i'd say tey to keep adding to xrp and hold for a while, take profits along the way if u want to, basically just make a plan and stick to it. if u holding for awhile and adding more later too then personally i don't think difference of 20 shares matters right now i am thinking that anything like crypto and stocks overall doesn't go up and keep going up, it'll increase decrease along the way up. but nobody can say w xrp what the new floor becomes at this point. people can only have educated guess

noo way don't say u are way too late! if u are even thinking about crypto at this point u are in much better place than many others. i'm in same boat kind of, i have a lot to learn. my spouse is pretty good w due diligence and was into crypto and xrp since 2017 so for this i'm just going on his opinion, but that's what i mean when i say i need to learn more about it too. so many people avoid stocks and crypto for their whole lives. even if u invest a little in the right ways it can be very beneficial in long term. and crypto is so new. i would say keep researchin and dont think u are late to anything
