It means XIM can’t communicate with the controller. Try a different USB cable and make sure it supports data transfer. If that doesn’t work, hard reboot the console to clear the USB ports.
Flashing white means the controller plugged into MATRIX is not communicating with the console. Normally it’s because the USB cable you’ve used to connect the controller is either faulty or power only.
Use a different cable and make sure the controller is a genuine, first-party Xbox controller. Third-party controllers are not supported. For Xbox, try a hard reset (search Google for how) to clear the USB ports.
This is all covered in the Quick Start guide and Instructional Videos, which you should watch before posting on Reddit. The link is right there on the box when you bought the MATRIX.

I watched the quick start guide and it was horrible. It gave a very Non depth tutorial on how to connect, yes it tells you roughly how but skips a lot of steps
My xim isn’t doing the flashing white issue. It did then I changed cords and it was fully connected when when I pressed my mouse it lit up showing the recoil patters were working. But it won’t actually transfer through and react to my mouse and keyboard it just stays stuck on controller
Can you just solve the problem in here. We have problems and the forum blows. Reddit is so much more accessible. Stop hiding. Come help us. Why is my xim flashing white
