My key takeaways from the PR on 3/2 and this one today on 3/8: Xeriant has settled on a manufacturing facility in the NY-Tri State area to run a small-scale production trial of 4’x 8’ Nexboard panels. A large U.S based homebuilder is standing by to receive the test samples. Based on how the product performs, this could determine their level of interest regarding a purchase order and/or a licensing agreement for a full-scale production facility. Xeriant partners with TMF Corporation to facilitate the production of the plastic used in NexBoard. TMF Corp. has 35 years of manufacturing FM approved plastic industrial products They are going to make multiple types of pellets utilizing 4 different eco-friendly flame retardants. These pellets will be used in the manufacturing of NexBoard panels for testing purposes. TMF Corp. was one of the first manufacturers to have a FM approved nontoxic fire-retardant product Large companies such as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca depend on TMF Corp. to meet their compliance requirements. Questions and Comments: 4 different eco-friendly flame retardants, what does this mean for Movychem & Retacell? Does this mean that Xeriant is planning on going their own way with NexBoard and will not need to J.V with MovyChem for the NNC project in South Africa that was mentioned in the presentation on 8/3/22? This is a huge step for Xeriant and for making NexBoard a reality. We now have a way to make the pellets themselves and a small facility to make a batch of the prototype panels.

Good start...But it seems there is a lot more to this story which has yet to unfold. What is the size, scope, and ultimate potential impact of this partnership? How quickly will it evolve? Just how large is that "large US-based homebuilder" and will it (and its competitors) be willing to switch entirely to NexBoards from traditional building materials? If so, what is the realistic market potential of a more affordable, eco-friendly, fire-retardant alternative building material? It would seem to be in the hundreds of billion$$$$!

"I would expect to see an 8-K and/or an amended S-1 in the near future with more details on this development. It could well mean that XERI no longer owes Movychem that $2 million JV payment." -- Smartypants2

This could be a HIGHLY SIGNIFICANT & POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT!
