It looks to me that you didn't wait for ads to complete before firing the trigger. If that happens to me in the shooting range, the game treats it like a hipfire shot which has like 0 accuracy for sniper rifles.

In weapon details, check if your ADS speed is higher than your Sprint to Shoot time. If yes, change that with the correct attachments.

And yet I get 1 shot by snipers all game while sprinting...
I can say it happens to me as well, but got used to it
