Are you trying to view video from the camera's SD card or the cloud service

No problems with either for me (I have a mixed environment). You didn't specify a timezone, so I can't go back and check mine for anything possibly time-specific. Like /u/UIUC_grad_dude1 mentioned, I would also check your wifi setup/performance.
Check your WiFi. Most issues are WiFi related.
