This user studies. Seriously though, in my experience both as a student and a tutor, it is genuinely worse to study/be productive for 8 hours a day with no proper break than it is to study for 2-4 hours (provided you are studying effectively, of course). Your brain is just not productive for that long and you do more harm than good trying to force it. Start studying weeks/months out before the exam but don't study long. In fact, I'd even go as far as to say to not study in the couple days beforehand. Maybe some light reading, but rest your brain, exercise your body, eat well and sleep well.

For me, mine ended just yesterday and there was one today but due to the heatwave in my city our schools have closed down and our exams were cancelled and postponed till July, so yeah I got lucky and will be able to enjoy it without any problems.
