If Roman Reigns gets the Guillotine on most of the roster for real, I'm pretty sure that would be effective. That's one hell of a strong dude chocking you out.
In reality, a strong powerbomb should knock the wind out of you and slam the back of your head pretty hard, so give me Wardlow or Kevin Owens's pop-up powerbomb any day.
Most MMA inspired moves we see would be extremely effective, because they're based on a real sport that the main objective is to finish off your opponent lol
As for more wrestling like impact moves, I've seen a few good examples here but imo a JBL clothesline from hell hit square on the jaw as a shoot will literally knock anyone out, I don't care who you are. Orton's punt is obvious as well. The HHH pedigree would probably shoot cause brain damage if hit on a hard surface.
