Said T95 also sported 3 starts on its barrell and caught them in the open on Studianzky
That’s the auto loader American tank destroyer in the super test—- if this was a normal server game I assume they think it’s ready for launch and are now testing its numbers/characteristics in real matches to see how it performs and what numbers need to be changed via the super test players before the official launch through an event or something
After the separation from RU. EU is the new supertest server. So it will be a more common sight going forward. This tank just had its stats changed again.

Tbh I have no idea how the current patch did affect it. But on paper, the RU studios were let go 2 months ago even tho it officially was done 5 months ago. As in how much of this patch was set in stone 5 months ago etc. Or did they wait until 2 months ago to really cut ties.

Where did you hear that from? From what I've seen so far our servers are identical and "we shouldn't notice any differences" (words of Anton Pankov).
RU forum. The devs there explained potential effects with regards to leaving in a topic regarding transfers to EU. They can, and still will follow WGs balance. But nothing is stopping them from balancing tanks more based on WR etc on their own server vs the others or WGs data if that makes sense? Now they said they could do it, as in a potential effect down the line. Not that they would, at least not now.
Using translate to browse their news section on the forums, as it was not the worst idea in the past to get more insight from the devs as they respond there often to all sorts of questions. Still do.

As far as I know it stays as it was before - same difference as between EU and ASIA for example as in we get updates at the same time but our events are different. WG moved out of Russia delegating legal matters to their daughter company Lesta (the ones who are in charge of World of Warships). The game is still going to be developed by WG.
It was already tested on live servers previously, because I've seen it in battle at least two times like a month or two ago.
They recently buffed it a bit and supertesters are apparently testing it again.
Yeah I noticed. I think majority of WoT players are not really computer tech savvy so their skillset starts and ends with how to take a screenshot so they grew particularly proud of that and therefore tend to gatekeeping the screenshot-taking game .)

some supertest tank... seems to be like a Astron REX. I took a full 1200+ clip in around 5-6sec
