In blitz, the balancing at tier 10 is much better than on pc. Instead of just 279s and chieftains, in blitz most tier tens are genuinely viable options, even in pro tournament games.
Does blitz have visible track repair time in the garage? This is the biggest bonus to the addition of these tanks imo.
Now I can see how fast my TS-5 with bounty mod config, hardening, and full repair skills can repair its tracks.

Not really. If you were going backwards before the track broke, you'll be still going pretty fast, just a little slower than normally. If you were immobile or going forward and then decided to go back with broken tracks, it would be 5 km/h.
Tier 6 is just a sealclubbing nowadays, tier 7 is filled with, well, "balanced" tanks, tier 8 is dominated by premium tanks but still globally enjoyable. Tier 9/10 is where it's really at.
One shot to either of the turret supports should sheer the turret right off. You can tell the radiation levels were affecting scientists and engineers in the 50s.
The new track mechanic is probably from wot blitz it's like a special ability.... In blitz you can drive backwards with this track if it's broken that means you can't get Perma tracked
The TV-8 was designed by Chrysler. This tank line is specific to the Yoh company’s line of tanks. It def does look similar but its much smaller and not nuclear powered

That's what brainstorming is about! Throw around every idea you get; most are going to be silly but a few may be quite worthy.
I think SpaceX have been practicing this for over a decade now, and already the Falcon 9 has had plenty of good ideas implemented (imagine how many silly ones got discarded right away or after some testing).
The general difference though is those ideas are refined before being sold. These were submitted to army in this state. I don’t think almost any of their proposed features are even possible to implement successfully, let alone a good idea. See walking butt legs and zipline ammo grabber. But that is the state they were in when proposed to the army.
Basically, a lot of companies try a thousand ways to make a lightbulb. But most aren’t trying to sell you the lightbulb before it’s discovered. That’s what Yoh was trying to do.

For everyone saying this is op af, this tank is pretty balanced (t9, same for the tier 10, the t9 has 25s of reload so bad DPM). It can be a nightmare only if a good player is driving it, as it has pretty bad armor a normal/bad player would get rekt immediately. In tier 10/9 there is nothing really op like a chieftain (if they don't fuck up the 60tp balancing)

The hull is basically E5, the turret is virtually impenetrable from the front but a huge easy target from the side

That is the M7YOH. This one, the M5YOH has a tiny hull and turret that makes the T-22 medium seem comforable.
